I am so inspired by all things Spring, it is such a fun and happy season. Flowers start to bloom filling our world with color and light. We finally get to adorn ourselves in all the beautiful florals, pastels and whites. I just can’t get enough. This year in my shopping I am going for a more classic look with a vintage feel. I have narrowed down 5 must have trends for spring that are still classic and chic enough to be worn throughout the years.
The FIRST must have item on my list, which I believe is essential for spring and summer every year, is a long classic floral dress. I think it helps to have a good amount of movement and swing, giving it that extra bit of femininity.
SECOND are these darling pearl hand bags. I have had my eye on a dupe for the Shrimps bag that is just so sweet. Such a trendy item for spring to dress up an outfit. Great for Sunday brunch, date night or to go with your wedding guest look.
THIRD on the list are a good pair, or 10, of statement earrings. I think they can change an outfit completely. In the past couple of years I have simplified my jewelry collection eliminating all the unnecessary things. I enjoy a more simplistic look, so earrings have become my go to piece of jewelry. I am seeing a lot of golds mixed with pearlescent pieces which I am really loving.
FOURTH are fun hair accessories. These are one of those trendy items that probably won’t last very long but are still a lot of fun to indulge in. Especially since we haven’t seen a lot of interest in hair accessories for a few years.
FIFTH is a fun and flirty pair of sandals with a heel. I’m shopping for blush pinks, nudes, golds, whites and of course, floral patterns. Bows add such a feminine touch which we all know I adore.
